Hola, I'm Luis Villegas! I spent my first year in Oaxaca City learning everything I could about its housing market and neighbourhoods, so that you don't have to. Now I help property owners find great renters and renters find homes they love.
I was born and raised in Mexico City. I lived in a few different places around Mexico and even spent a few years in Canada, before falling in love with Oaxaca City. I moved here with my wife, Jessica, in 2023. Oaxaca's diverse beauty, rich culture, warm people, mouthwatering cuisine, and perpetual spring-like climate were just a few of the things that drew us in. Oaxaca captured our hearts, and we knew we wanted to stay.

Looking for a rental home? I won’t waste your time showing you properties that don’t fit your requirements. When I help you find a place, my top priority is finding the home that’s perfect for you. So, unlike other agents, I don’t just show you the rentals that offer the biggest commissions.
I talk to my local connections, comb through many different sources, make inquiries in groups, and even "pound the pavement" to find hidden gems that aren’t advertised anywhere online. You'll also have me to filter out scammers and avoid outdated listings for homes that are long gone. I know searching for a rental on your own can be exhausting, and my goal is to eliminate the overwhelm.
LANDLORDS
I love what I do. Leave the work and stress of looking for the perfect person to rent your property in my hands. I can assist with everything, from taking photos and creating ads, to showing the property and aiding in negotiation between parties. I'm skilled at using words and photos to showcase houses or apartments for owners who don’t want the hassle of trying to do it themselves.
